19 Sep 2012

Keeper’s flying start to the 2012/2013 Racing Season continued yesterday when Keepercrossed (Keeper ex Misaki, by Cape Cross) became his 14th individual winner when successful at Arawa Park in Rotorua.

Keeper is the joint-leading stallion for Winners and Wins and sits in second position on the New Zealand Stallion Premiership for Earnings behind Thorn Park (sire of recent Gr.1 winner Ocean Park).

Keeper’s season to date has already been highlighted with a black type win from Move Faster (ex Justa Tad) who won the Wanganui Guineas-LR last Saturday week.

The sire of 23 individual black type winners including three Oaks winners (Keep the Peace, Midnight Oil & Miss Keepsake), Keeper stands for a fee of $15,000 + gst and a live foal guarantee applies.
