Stravinsky's hot run of new black type winners continued in

France
this week when Violon Sacre became his 59
th individual stakeswinner in taking out the Prix De Point Du Jour (1650m) at Craon.


Violin (Stravinsky ex Histoire Sainte, by Kendor) was bred in

America
and has been a model of consistency, boasting a record of 7 wins from 11 starts.  His latest success was Violon Sacre's third in a row and most important to date, though he had been stakes-placed second at

Deauville
last year.


Stravinsky is currently in

Melbourne
undergoing three weeks of quarantine before his arrival at Cambridge Stud on the 10th of October.
