Exciting Cambridge Stud sire Keeper was represented by his second Group 1 winner this month when Keepa Cruisin, pictured, won the Group 1 $200,000 Levin Classic at Otaki today.

Earlier this month Keeper had sired Insouciant to win the Group 1 New Zealand Bloodstock 1000 Guineas at Riccarton.

Keepa Cruisin is a half-sister to champion racemare Seachange. She is owned by The Oaks Stud, Cambridge, and trained by Steephen McKee at Ardmore. She had finished an unlucky third (promoted to second) in the 1000 Guineas at Riccarton.
