Karaka 2012 Premier Session - Lot 132, Stravinsky ex Crimson (Zabeel) filly

One of the many quality fillies Cambridge Stud is putting forward for the 2012 NZB National Yearling Sales Series is Lot 132, the Stravinsky filly from Crimson (Zabeel).
This filly is a sister to Miss Scarlatti who won the VRC Super Impose Stakes-LR at Flemington and finished second in both the VRC Oaks-Gr.1 and VRC Wakeful Stakes-Gr.2 on the same track.
Today’s feature yearling is also a sister to A Fairy’s Kiss (4 wins) and a brother to Benefincial (3 wins).
Crimson, the dam of this filly, is by Zabeel who currently leads both the Australian and New Zealand Broodmare Sire Premierships. Crimson is a half-sister to the Victoria Derby-Gr.1 winner Omnicorp and was a dual Group Race winner herself.
