There are just two yearlings by Street Cry in this year’s NZB Karaka Premier Sale catalogue and Cambridge Stud has one of them, the filly from Silk Slipper (Woodman).

), Street Cry is the sire of 421 winners worldwide, a tally which includes 53 individual black type winners.
Whobegotyou and Shocking are high profile sons of Street Cry in this part of the world, while a top-echelon filly by the sire is Zenyatta, winner of the Breeders’ Cup Ladies Classic Stakes-Gr.1.
Silk Slipper has had two foals to the races and both have been successful.
By the successful broodmare sire Woodman (170 SW as damsire), Silk Slipper is a half-sister to the Group One winners Umatilla and Hurricane Sky.
This is the family of the Champion Stallion Redoute’s Choice and numerous other big-name black type winners.
