Group One winning mare Honor Babe (Honor Grades-Repremand) has produced her third Zabeel foal.
With two fillies on the ground already, Honor Babe, winner of the GR1 AJC Sydney Cup, foaled a bay colt this morning (13.10.09) at Cambridge Stud.
Her 2006 filly, sold through Cambridge Stud's draft at the 2008 Karaka Premier Yearling Sales for $320,000 to John Chalmers Bloodstock, has raced once in Australia under the name Reveal the Goddess.
Honor Babe's 2007 filly sold at this years Karaka Premier Yearling Sale to John O'Shea Bloodstock for $350,000.
Honor Babe had 6 wins from just 23 starts, and included the Listed Marton Cup amongst her wins.
Zabeel is the sire of 121 individual black types winners with 38 of his stakes winners having won at Group One level.
