Katie Lee (Pins x Miss Jessie Jay) currently leads the order of entry for the Karaka Million to be held at Ellerslie on January 25.
Katie Lee has been placed twice in two-year-old stakes races this season and has amassed stake-earnings to date of $34,175. She is set to contest the Group 3 Eclipse Stakes on January 1 before hoping to take up her place in the Karaka Million line-up.
Katie Lee was purchased for $340,000 at the Karaka Yearling Sales last year from the draft of Hallmark Stud, Te Kauwhata.
There are two representatives of Cambridge Stud sire One Cool Cat in the current top 10 entry order list for the Karaka Million. These are the 2yo filly,
Dawned (ex Dawn Run), and 2yo colt,
Winter King (ex Something Special).
