6 Sep 2008

Cambridge Stud-based first-season sire
One Cool Cat has been represented by his 18th individual winner in the Northern Hemisphere.

The One Cool Cat two-year-old filly,
Bella De Zio, scored easily in a 2yo maiden 1200m race in Rome at the weekend.

Bella De Zio had finished third on debut in a maiden at Grosseto and made no mistakes this time as she handled the all-weather track to perfection.

Bella De Zio is a half-sister to Unbreak My Heart (Bahamian Bounty), a dual juvenile winner last season, who finished second in a good handicap race at Haydock recently and has a OR of 92.

Their dam, Golden Heart, won once over 1400m at Salisbury and is a half-sister to Leitrim House (Cadeaux Genereux) who won the Group 3 Tetrarch Stakes and finished fourth in the Irish 2000 Guineas behind Bachelor Duke, Azamour and Grey Swallow.

The second dam, Lonely Heart, has also foaled the consistent Ace Of Hearts (Magic Ring) who won nine times and was runner-up last time out in the Shergar Cup Mile.

One Cool Cat's oldest progeny in Australasia are now two-year-olds and their appearances on the racetracks in the coming months are eagerly awaited.

One Cool Cat's 18 individual winners include the stakes winners -
Icesolator,
Diglett,
Knavesmire and
Smokey Storm and the stakes performer Sarabia.
