Rainbow Styling Wins Easily At Warwick Farm

The
Zabeel gelding,
Rainbow Styling, has come up trumps and annihilated his rivals into the bargain in the Ashcroft Handicap (2100m) at Warwick Farm in Sydney on Wednesday.

Rainbow Styling is trained at Rosehill by the Hawkes combination who hold him in high regard. He won Wednesday's race by an astonishing margin of five-and-a-half lengths in the hands of Jim Cassidy.

Such was the domination of the race by Rainbow Styling that it seems he is a stayer destined to go right to the top.

Rainbow Styling is raced by Sydney Turf Club committeeman Nick Moraitis who also raced the outstanding galloper, Might And Power (by
Zabeel, pic right), who won the Caulfield and Melbourne Cups.

Cassidy said Rainbow Styling will only get better once he goes over more ground and predicted he is right up to winning a top staying race in the future.

Rainbow Styling has an exciting pedigree which is chock full of high-class racehorses.

His dam, Done That, won three times and is a half-sister to high-class Group 2 winner Star Of Nouvelle (5 wins) and leading South African galloper Double Reef (11 wins).
