Significant winning milestone for Keeper

The progeny of Keeper have now won 1000 races according to figures supplied this week by Arion Pedigrees.

Keeper commenced his stud career at Cambridge Stud in 2002 and his 10 crops of racing age has produced 368 individual winners who have, collectively, won 1000 races.

Keeper's progeny have won in 9 countries and he has a record of 28 individual Stakes Winners including 6 Group One winners.

The huge milestone has arrived at a time when Keeper leads both the respective New Zealand and Hong Kong Stallion Premierships for individual winners.

On the domestic Premiership Keeper has had 43 winners so far this season and leads that list from O'Reilly (41), Darci Brahma (39) and Savabeel (38).

In Hong Kong Keeper shares the top spot in regard to individual winners with O'Reilly.  This pair has produced 10 winners apiece so far this season in Hong Kong and sit at the top ahead of Exceed and Excel (8) and Not a Single Doubt (8).

Keeper's fee for the 2015 Season will be announced next week.
