In winning yesterday’s W J McKell Cup-LR at Rosehill Gardens, Scouting Wide provided his sire Zabeel with his 10th black type victory in Australia so far this season.
It was the second success at Listed Race level this season for Scouting Wide, with the Tim Martin-trained five-year-old having taken out the STC Christmas Cup-LR during December.
So far this season Zabeel has been represented by eight individual black type winners in Australia, as follows
