Time Keeper latest SW for Stravinsky

3 Apr 2010

Time Keeper (Stravinsky ex Organdy, by Our Emblem) became the 61st individual black type winner for his sire with a runaway winning performance in yesterday’s Group Three Manawatu Classic at Awapuni.

On the same day, at the same track, another of the stock of Stravinsky, Tip the Wink, made it consecutive Listed Race wins with a typically-gutsy performance to win the Fairdale-Goodwood Flying Handicap.

Time Keeper is a graduate of the 2008 Karaka Carnival Sale, having been sold by The Oaks Stud to co-owner/co-trainer Graeme Nicholson for $65,000.

This is an international family with Time Keeper being from the unraced Our Emblem mare Organdy.  The second dam is by Secretariat; the third dam by Ack Ack and the fourth dam by Forli.

Stravinsky returned to Cambridge Stud on the shuttle run from Japan last year, but will not be returning this year and possibly never again to this part of the world.
