Keep The Spirit became the latest winner for Cambridge Stud sire Keeper when he scored in fine style at Awapuni on Boxing Day.
The one-length win was well deserved as Keep The Spirit has been a model of consistency since he began his racing career.
Prior to scoring his first race-day win in the Ice Tech Maiden at Awapuni, Keep The Spirit had managed to weigh in at all five of his starts.
In his previous start he had finished second at Awapuni on December 13.
Keep The Spirit is trained at Riccarton by Shane Kennedy who races the three-year-old in partnership with P Blacktopp, T Lines and L Viecelli.
