Progeny of Zabeel have achieved remarkable results this season. As further acknowledgement of his impact on the Australasian stage, the Moonee Valley Racing Club have just awarded Zabeel the "Kingston Town Greatness Award" in recognition of his "most undeniable dominance as the WS Cox Plate's most influential sire throughout its 88 year history".
Zabeel's four Cox Plate winners are Maldivian - 2008, Savabeel - 2004, Might and Power - 1998 and Octagonal- 1992. It is no wonder Zabeel sets the benchmark for all other living Australasian sires.
