Cambridge Stud super sire Zabeel has once again stamped his influence on a major Group 1 winner in Australia.
Saturday's Group 1 VRC Derby winner Rebel Raider is a grand-son of the mighty Zabeel.
Rebel Raider's sire is Reset, a winner of two Group 1 races including the Australian Guineas.
Rebel Raider's win continues a fine record in the Victoria Derby for Zabeel and his sire, Sir Tristram.
Zabeel sired the 2006 Victoria Derby winner, Efficient, who went on to win last year's Group 1 Melbourne Cup.
Sir Tristram's Victoria Derby winners were: Omnicorp (1987), Grosvenor (1982) and Sovereign Red (1980).
