Trained by Shaun Phelan for breeders Jamieson Park, Perfectmanz was caught three wide early before he went to the head of affairs early in the back straight.
The three-year-old was given no peace in front, but answered every call of jockey Jonathan Parkes to kick clear in the run home and comfortably hold his older rivals at bay.
Perfectmanz is out of the Dubawi mare Perfect Offering, who was successful three times and is a half-sister to the stakes winner and Group placegetter My Country.
