Almanzor was represented by an impressive overnight winner in France where Queen Trezy made her rivals look second rate.

Our exciting shuttle stallion’s daughter finished third on debut last month and showed the benefit of that experience at Lyon Parilly.

The filly was first into the straight and cruised home by 3 lengths under Christophe Soumillon, who was afforded the luxury of several looks over his shoulder in the closing 200 metres.

"She has always been showing a lot in the morning," co-trainer Yann Lerner said.

"Her next race will be the Gr.3 Prix des Reservoirs and she is one for the Classics next year".

Queen Trezy is a half-sister to the Listed winner Eliade with their dam the Dansili mare Elodie.

She is out of the G3 Prix de Flore winner In Clover, who has been a broodmare gem having produced a trio of Group 1 winners in Call The Wind, With You and We Are.
