26 Oct 2018Brendan and Jo Lindsay's homebred 2YO filly Bavella franked her breeding with a smart 2YO debut win for Lance Noble at Ellerslie today.
The daughter of Arrowfield Stud's Snitzel and Jo and Brendan's black-type racemare Zonza took the lead under Leith Innes with 250m to run and won in a style that suggests she is certainly one to follow.
Bavella is Zonza's first foal to race.
Zonza had a Tavistock colt this season and visits the same sire again in 2018.
