The countdown has begun to the NZ Bloodstock 82nd National Yearling Sales Series with less than a week to go.
Over a hundred people braved the inclement weather on Tuesday 22 January to attend a parade of the Cambridge Stud yearlings at the Karaka Sales Complex.
Leading sire on the Australian Sires List, Zabeel is represented this year by 22 yearlings in all with 14 colts and 8 fillies.
Fellow Cambridge Stud sire, Keeper, current leader of the NZ 3yo Sires List and 4th on the NZ General Sires List, has 2 fillies and 3 colts in the premier draft.
Dual GR1winning juvenile Champion European 3 yr old Sprinter and freshman sire this year, One Cool Cat has 13 yearlings.
