The Tavistock 5YO gelding Danger In Devon kicked the newly formed training partnership of Amy and Ash Yargi off to a great start yesterday, powering home over 2000m at Mornington to register their landmark first winner to the tune of ¾’s of a length.

Amy previously trained Danger in Devon in her own right, but recently joined forces with her husband Ash, who previously worked for Freedman Racing, to form Yargi Racing.

“I bought Danger in Devon as a tried horse online. He’s going well and is a lovely horse to have in the stable,” said Amy.

Danger in Devon has now won two starts for Amy. All told, he is the winner of three starts and has seven additional placings to his credit.

Bred by Sir Patrick and Lady Hogan, Danger in Devon is out of the winning Danehill mare Danger Point.
