Not only is this colt by one of Australasia’s hottest sires right now, being by Fastnet Rock from a Stravinsky mare, he’s bred on exactly the same cross as Mosheen, winner of this season’s VRC Oaks-Gr.1 and placed second in last season’s Golden Slipper Stakes-Gr.1.

This colt is a half-brother to New Leader (Keeper), a dual winner to date in Hong Kong. The Nightingale is herself a half-sister to Beat The Fade who won the AJC Emancipation Stakes-Gr.2 and was placed in both the STC Coolmore Classic-Gr.1 and VATC One Thousand Guineas-Gr.1.
Fastnet Rock is responsible for siring both the Australian and New Zealand 1000 Guineas winners this season; namely Atlantic Jewel and Planet Rock.
