We offered Lot 191 on the opening day of the Magic Million Yearling Sale and the colt had plenty of admirers, but it was the New South Wales operation who came out of top with a final bid of A$325,000.
He is a son of the More Than Ready mare Sienna Rose, who won five races up to 1400 metres, and she is a half-sister to the Listed Merson Cooper Stakes winner Ebhaar.
The pedigree further features the two-time Group 1-winning sprinter and sire Merchant Navy with our G1 Thousand Guineas winner Joliestar also a decorated member of this family.
