Heavenly winning run from filly

Tavistock earned further posthumous black type honours following the latest success of Brave Angel.

The former Cambridge Stud resident’s daughter trumped a hot field in yesterday’s Listed Ascot 1000 Guineas.

Bred and raced by Neven Botica, Brave Angel is prepared by Simon Miller. She has now won twice from seven appearances with further stakes honours surely to follow.

Brave Angel is out of the Success Express mare Svita, also the dam of multiple black type winner Astara.
The dam is a half-sister to the Group winners Schilling and Estonian Princess.
