Well-related filly Hala Hala Athmani has showed an early sign that she has inherited a measure of the family ability with an impressive debut victory this week at Carlisle.

She settled in behind the pace and once rider Kevin Stott asked her to get serious, she exploded clear in the closing 200 metres to score by a widening five and a-half lengths.

The daughter of Dabirsim is a half-sister to our multiple Group 1-winning sprinter Hello Youmzain.

Hello Youmzain was a top-class short course specialist who won the G1 Royal Ascot Diamond Jubilee Stakes and the Haydock Sprint Cup from the stable of Kevin Ryan, who also prepares Hala Hala Athmani for Hello Youmzain's orignial owner Jaber Abdullah.

They are out of the unraced Shamardal mare Spasha, who is also the dam of the G2 Milan Gran Criterium winner and multiple Group 1 placegetter Royal Youmzain and the Listed winner Zuhoor Baynoona.
