The three-year-old’s was sent out a dominant favourite off the back of two unbeaten trial outings.
Heza Looker was bred by Don Looker, Dave & Kathy Smith and is out of River Nymph, a winner and black type placegetter.
A daughter of Captain Rio, the dam is a half-sister to the two-time Group Three winner Eblitzem.
It is also the family of the Gr.2 New Zealand Cup winner Oak Vue and the Listed Zeditave Stakes winner Saturn Star.
