Cambridge Stud sire Keeper has provided the quinella in Saturday's Group 1 New Zealand Bloodstock 1000 Guineas (1600m) at Riccarton.
Insouciant (Keeper x Loudenne) has won the coveted three-year-old fillies race with a bustling front-running display in the hands of top jockey Michael Walker.
Second across the line was the Cambridge Stud bred-and-owned Lovetrista. However, she was subsequently relegated to third behind another Keeper filly, Keepa Cruisin.
It was the first Group 1 progeny success for Keeper, a Group 1 winning son of Danehill.
