There was always going to be enormous interest in Lot 314, the filly by Stravinsky from Marquise simply had it all.
She is a half-sister to the Group One winner Shower of Roses; her second dam is none other than Eight Carat; she’s by a world-class sire and to top it all off, like the majority of the family, she’s a stunning type.
Prominent New Zealand agent Michael Wallace recognised her outstanding credentials and went to $675,000 to secure the filly for an undisclosed client.
