Keeper maintains lead on NZ Winners Premiership

He's been at the head of the New Zealand Stallion Premiership for Winners for weeks now, one of the reasons Sir Patrick Hogan believes that Keeper is the best-value stallion standing at stud in New Zealand.

According to figures provided by Arion Pedigrees, Keeper (2015 Service Fee: $7,000) is the sire of 51 individual winners in New Zealand so far this season.  That places him ahead of Darci Brahma (2015 Service Fee: $20,000 + gst) on 49 individual winners and the late O'Reilly with 45 individual winners so far this season in NZ.

Keeper's 51 winners have collectively won 72 races so far this season in NZ alone and the list includes the stakes performers Jacquetta (LR winner), Locket (LR-placed) and Better Keeper (Gr.3-placed).

Here is a snapshot of Keeper's entire stud career statistics...

* 376 individual winners worldwide

* 1024 wins worldwide

* 28 individual stakes winners

* 48 black type races won

* 6 individual Group One winners
