Keeper shares lead with O'Reilly

Keeper, whose fee for 2014 has been set at a super-attractive $8,000 - is currently New Zealand's joint-leading sire for individual winners.

Keeper has clocked up a tally of 54 individual winners in New Zealand so far this season, an effort which places him equal at the head of the Winners list with none other than champion sire O'Reilly.

It's interesting to note that both stallions have had a similar number of runners, with O'Reilly on 136 and Keeper 134.

It is nothing new for Keeper to figure amongst the leaders on the NZ Stallion Premiership, in fact, he has been a top six sire for the past four seasons straight.

The 2012-2013 Season saw him second on the Premiership for both Winners (62) and Wins (93).

Keeper's deeds in South East Asia are well recognised, evidenced by the fact that he was Hong Kong's Champion Sire for Winners in 2013.

The spread of Keeper's success amongst both colts and fillies can be gauged by the fact that his colts have won more than 500 races and his fillies have won more than 30 black type races.
