Keeper made it 10 individual winners for the new domestic racing season yesterday when Nottoobad won a maiden event at Pukekohe in the hands of Opie Bosson.

Keeper now leads the New Zealand Stallion Premiership for both Winners and Wins and sits in third position on the Premiership for earnings.

Nottoobad (Keeper ex Half Cut, by Tarrago) is prepared by Rick Cook who shares the ownership in the five-year-old mare.

A big name in this pedigree is Summer Haze (Princely Note), a filly Dick Bothwell trained to win 13 races including the Manawatu Sires’ Produce Stakes-Gr.1 and the Matamata Breeders’ Stakes-Gr.2.
