Cambridge Stud-based sire
Keeper maintained an outstanding run of  success in recent weeks with his progeny when the four-year-old gelding,
Keepin' The Dream (NZ), scored a game Listed race win in Sydney on Saturday.

Jim and Greg Lee-trained Keepin' The Dream (Keeper x Irish Nassie by Nassipour) was successful in the Listed A$100,750 Sky High Stakes (1900m) at Rosehill.

Bred by Ms M Watson in New Zealand, Keepin' The Dream had a lovely run during the early stages in sixth position, three back on the fence. Jockey Jim Cassidy, who had suffered from a stomach bug during the week, secured a lovely split between runners in the home straight as he charged home to victory.

Previously Keepin' The Dream had been runner-up in the Group 3 Newcastle Gold Cup.  He is now being aimed at the Group 2 Brisbane Cup (2400m) in June.

Jim Lee said Keepin' The Dream is a very promising stayer. However, he felt the Sydney Cup came up too soon at this stage of his career and the Brisbane Cup was a more suitable option.

Keepin' The Dream became the ninth individual stakes winner sired by Keeper who has been enjoying a dream run of success in recent weeks with his progeny greeting the winners' circle  in a number of countries. On Wednesday the Keeper 2yo, Fitness Fanatic, posted his first win at the Newcastle meeting in Sydney.
