Keeper chalked up his 23rd individual black type winner when Move Faster (ex Justa Tad, by Istidaad) took out yesterday’s Listed Ryder Stakes for two-year-olds at Otaki.
Move Faster is the 43rd individual winner sired by Keeper in New Zealand this season alone. He looks set to finish fourth on the NZ Stallion Premiership (for individual winners), having recently claimed second placing on the HK Stallion Premiership (for individual winners).
Move Faster is the first black type winner for his dam Justa Tad. She was New Zealand’s Champion 3YO Filly of the 2004/2005 Season and has since left three winners from as many to race. Another of her foals, Tohunga (by Zabeel) was as excellent fourth in the recent Queensland Derby-Gr.1 for Gai Waterhouse.
