Galileo - sire of Cambridge Stud's exciting year three shuttler CAPE BLANCO - continues to dominate Northern Hemishere Stallion Premierships and right now he leads the respective Great Britain and Ireland lists for 2014.

Last year Galileo sired seven individual Group One winners and he's clocked up another four individual Group One winners for the 2014 calendar year to date; namely...

* Australia (Epsom The Derby & Curragh Irish Derby)

* Noble Mission (Curragh Tattersalls Gold Cup)

* Marvellous (Curragh Irish 1000 Guineas)

* Spiritjim (Saint-Cloud Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud)

For the record, Spiritjim - who is from an Anabaa mare - has won his last five races straight and they've all been and Group or Listed level.

Galileo's high-flying sire-son New Approach - who was the Champion GB First Season Sire in 2012 and Champion GB Second Season Sire in 2013 - has chalked up two individual Group One winners so far in 2014...

* May's Dream (Australasian Oaks)

* Sultanina (Goodwood Nassau Stakes)

A Galileo sire-son well known to breeders in this part of the world is Teofilo who is already the sire of six individual Group One winners.  The latest to be added to that list was the impressive Queensland Derby winner Sonntag.

Cape Blanco will command a fee of $14,000 plus gst (LFG) for the 2014 Season.  He won five Group One races himself and his first-crop Southern Hemisphere yearlings will be seen out at the 2015 sales round in New Zealand and Australia.
