* Pisces Jet (3g Tavistock ex Miss Rose Sapphire, by Fuji Kiseki) - Winner of 1400m Maiden
The other weekend runner for Tavistock was Halls Creek (2g Tavistock ex Elusive Chik, by Elusive City) who made his debut at the Ipswich (Queensland) meeting and finished midfield. The New Zealand-bred juvenile went into the race with two trial wins on the Gold Coast.
