7 May 2019Vera Drake (Footstepsinthesand), the French 4YO half-sister to the multiple Australian black-type winner Vengeur Masque, showed her inherited share of ability at Matamata today, winning under Leith Innes for trainer Lance Noble at just her second NZ start.
Having previously raced in the UK for five placings, Vera Drake was successfully identified for the Cambridge Stud Racing Team by bloodstock agent, Paul Moroney.
