Winners keep coming for Keeper

28 Nov 2013

Keeper finished the 2012-2013 Season as New Zealand’s second-leading sire for both individual winners (62) and races won (93).

The new term has seen him continue on in the same vein and currently he sits in the top three on the same two premierships.

On the score of individual winners Keeper has had 24 to date, placing him second to O’Reilly and ahead of the likes of Darci Brahma, Pins, Savabeel and Bachelor Duke.

Keeper’s races won tally is 29, just one win short of O’Reilly and Darci Brahma who head the ‘Wins’ premiership at this time.

The prominent position Keeper finds himself in on the New Zealand Stallion Premiership is nothing new; he has been a top six sire on the domestic premiership for the past four seasons straight.

The stock of Keeper sold up to $140,000 at the recent New Zealand Bloodstock Ready to Run Sale.
