Yet Another talented Tavistock for Busuttin/Young24 Jul 2019

The successful training partnership of Trent Busuttin and Natalie Young demonstrated they had yet another talented Tavistock in the yard this afternoon when The Holy One struck by over 3 lengths at Echuca.

It was the rising three-year-old’s second career start, with the addition of blinkers seeming to work the oracle.

Outside of the winner, the eye-catcher in the race was a fellow Tavistock named Somethinaboutharry, who powered home from the rear on debut to grab second.

The winner was bred by Richard Davey Investments Ltd and is out of the Pentire mare Entirely Saintly.

As a yearling, he was sold to Fallstaff Bloodstock from Bradbury Park’s 2018 Karaka Book Two draft for $65,000. He returned to the auditorium later that year as a member of Kilmore Farm’s Ready to Run draft, selling on this occasion for $160,000.

The Holy One is now raced by Busuttin Racing, Mr S A Lewin, Ms N J Cruickshank, The Disciples, Mr A Kassem, Mrs Z Kassem, Mrs S H Juratowitch, Mr D P Juratowitch, Ms B J Patterson, Mr T M Scales, Lot One Thirty One, Rise From The Ashes, F J S, Simanna Racing, M F Freight, Mr J Dazkiw, Mr D Kavanagh, Mr N Serrano, Mr C Ciantar and Miss C Henry.
