Zabeel’s remarkable season as a Broodmare Sire has seen another milestone with him clocking up his 1100th individual winner.
Champion Broodmare Sire in both Australia and New Zealand last season and leading the respective Premierships again this term, Zabeel’s influence as a dam sire has been seen through the deeds of Ocean Park (5 Group One wins this season), It’s A Dundeel (4 Group One wins this season) as well as the Group One victories from Commanding Jewel and Dear Demi.
Right now Zabeel sits on 110 individual black type winners as a Broodmare Sire, so exactly 10% of his winners have been successful at Group and Listed level.
