Livalittle adds to tidy record

Well-related four-year-old Livalittle has continued his progress through the grades in Queensland.

The homebred chestnut is trained for us by Tony Gollan and his most recent success at the Sunshine Coast over 1800 metres took his record to three wins and four placings from only nine appearances.

He lobbed along in third spot on the fence in a small field and, once into the clear, surged clear to score convincingly for apprentice rider Leah Martyn.

By The Autumn Sun, Livalittle is out of the Thorn Park mare Hayley Grace, who was successful on two occasions up to 1600 metres.

Her half-sister is the G2 Waikato Gold Cup winner Bak Da Chief, who produced the two-time Group 1 winner Te Akau Shark and also the family of the G1 Easter Handicap winner Pondarosa Miss.

Hayley Grace’s three-year-old daughter of Hello Youmzain named Hello Hayley has been a winner from just four starts and last time out finished in behind the major players in the Listed NZB Airfreight Stakes.
