Hello Youmzain’s speedy daughter Valasara added another milestone to her burgeoning record when the Francis-Henri Graffard-trained three-year-old filly charged down the straight at Chantilly to defeat 17 rivals in the Gr.3 Prix de Seine-et-Oise over 1200 metres. The victory marked her third stakes success from just six career starts.
Raced by her breeder, the Aga Khan Studs, Valasara is out of the Acclamation mare Valdaya, who was a winner as a two-year-old and is a half-sister to G1 Prix de Diane (French Oaks) winner Valyra.
Their stakes-winning dam, Valima, also produced dual Group winner Valirann, a former champion three-year-old French stayer.
